Our Privacy Commitment

LogoTee is committed to privacy. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party data collectors. This is not just a policy — it is a design choice. We built LogoTee without Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking technology.

1. What We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum:

• Prompt input: The text you enter to generate logos. This is transmitted to our AI providers (DeepSeek, SiliconFlow) solely for the purpose of generating your designs. Prompts are not stored on our servers after processing.
• Purchase data: If you buy a design, our payment processor collects the information necessary to complete the transaction. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Local storage: We use browser localStorage to remember your terms acceptance (so you don't see the consent popup every visit). This data never leaves your device.

2. What We DON'T Collect

• ❌ No cookies (except technically necessary session cookies)
• ❌ No IP address logging
• ❌ No browser fingerprinting
• ❌ No social media tracking pixels
• ❌ No email marketing lists

3. Third-Party Services & AI Technology Disclosure

AI Models Used: LogoTee is powered by the following AI technologies:

• DeepSeek AI (deepseek.com) — A large language model used for prompt enhancement and design description generation. Privacy Policy
• Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL) via SiliconFlow (cloud.siliconflow.cn) — An image generation model that creates logo designs from text prompts. Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Pages — Hosts our website. Privacy Policy

When you generate a design, your text prompt is first sent to DeepSeek AI for enhancement, then the enhanced prompt is sent to Stable Diffusion XL (via SiliconFlow) for image generation. Both transmissions use encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not store prompts after processing is complete.

4. Data Retention

Generated designs (images) are served via temporary URLs from SiliconFlow. These URLs expire after a period determined by the provider. We do not maintain a permanent database of generated designs or user prompts.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• EU/EEA (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Right to object to processing.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know what personal information is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale. (Note: we do not sell any data.)
• China (PIPL): Right to access, correct, and delete personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

LogoTee is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures. All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption. API keys are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on the website.
